We have a fully ISO-9001 compliant quality assurance and control process for every part, print, and board that we make. We are based in Los Angeles and thrive on complex, quick turn parts. CNC MACHINING
Our machine shop’s most popular service is CNC Machining. We can machine a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, foams, and wood. We use 3-axis Tormach CNC mills outfitted with an Automated Tool Changer and custom cooling system. In addition, we have on-site shop engineers dedicated to reducing lead time and ensuring quality parts. We create custom jig fixturing to tackle the most complex and irregular parts you may have. 3D PRINTING
3D Printing is an amazing first step in the prototyping process. We have a variety of 3D printers in our machine shop and can print in SLA, FDM, MJF, and more. We’ve printed everything from extremely delicate, thin parts with clear resin to large robust parts out of resin that cures in a kiln. LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is the best process for producing large area, thin, flat parts out of fabrics, plastics, and any non-metallic material.Our laser cutting area is 4’x2’x6” - enough to accommodate everything but the largest of parts.If you need the parts assembled into a larger structure, we can take care of that as well.Submit a file to get a quote in less than 4hr!
